Less than Zero stars for this bank and staff. This bank ACCEPT FRAUD CHECK! I received a fake check from an supposed customer who submitted website, email, contract and all the information. I deposited the check on Monday 08/16, on Thursday 08/19 the scammer canceled the contract and requested a refund, I returned the money that had been in the account for 3 days, on Friday morning I saw that the check had returned! I looked for the manager, who told me to work harder to recover the money, as it was no use going to the police! the bank didn't help at all! that's it, This bank received fake check and then cash it out from the customer! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK

No one gave me a straight answer and tried talking around questions such as fees. Multiple times they have gave me the wrong amount of money when I tried cashing a check

The customer service is horrible here. We came in to talk to a banker, so we signed up on the sheet, and sat to wait. It was a few minutes and we saw there was no one coming to help us, so we figured they were on break or something, but none of the tellers came to tell us someone would be there to help us. There were no other customers in the bank, they were just standing around talking to each other. After awhile we just got up and left. This has happened multiple times. Come on Chase, get on your staff at the Ocean branch
