I entered this bank feeling angry as I was a victim of fraud. I kept my emotions in check remembering it’s not the tellers fault. My purpose for visiting was to verify my identity It was really busy yet the line was moving fast. I was helped right away. The tellers as well as the agents were very nice and helpful

Very poor service. only ever two tellers at the window. They just pick and choose who they want to help that comes out the line nobody follows protocols for covid safety

I worked at 3 different banks in greater LA for nearly 35 years. This is the most pathetic branch I've ever seen. I dread the thought of having to go there. You name it, they do it poorly.

It never fails that no matter what BOA you walk into, there will only be two tellers working and a line at least 15 people long. This place is no exception. No greeting when you walk in the door despite their 3 bankers casually sitting at their desks chatting amongst themselves. This is honestly so detestable how Customers paying the price of corporate greed and no regard for the most basic customer service.
