Before the pandemic they were great very understanding very helpful Mom needed paperwork for social security Just Because driver's license is expired They did not give mom any information not even access to mom own account This is not acceptable Thank you very much Is mom Business somewhere else was a customer over 20 years

Worst Bank always long lines. 13 people line outside and 2 tellers even 2 days before the end of month. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could.

I feel the same way as the guy that said everyone he knows that banks there has had money missing out of their account I've experienced the same thing 3 times where someone accessed my card/account and money disappears the first time they replaced it the 2nd they said the investigation was incomplete without any compensation as well as the 3rd time seems like there's a person working there making a few extra dollars on the side
