Dropped off script, they said I could wait 15 minutes or come back in an hour. Came back over an hour later not ready. Also, didn’t get any notifications bc I wasn’t signed up for texts, even though I called before to sign up. So apparently that person didn’t sign me up when they said they did. walked in on 8/26 to transfer prescription from another pharmacy...the gentleman behind the counter took FOREVER to handwrite all the information (we were there for 20 minutes!)...said we can call when ready to get a refill...three weeks …Sorry you did not experience the best Rite Aid has to offer, Donna.
