I had a few items to return to Kohl's that were purchased online. Return went smoothly and I received Kohl's Cash for the amount used with my original order. Staff was helpful and kind. A very good experience!

The wifi sucks in the store couldn’t connect to show someone a tie they had so they could choose which color and style. They one cashier was a little on the not so nice side to the customer in front of me. The lady asked her something and she was like lady I don’t have any ideal.

Very clean and nice clothing but the have no employees working the fitting room I walked into the dressing room and there was clothes all over it looked like it had never been cleaned, and the windows were dirty how they could improve would be the get workers to clean up the fitting rooms

It was my first time going to this kohls location. Shopping experience was nice. The customer service person was patient at end of day and that was super helpful. On the other hand, I wish they had more petite women's collection since it looked like it was lesser than other kohls locations

I don't know, but it looked like some areas are smaller possiblity to meet distancing requirements.

I didn't see it there, but maybe in Maryland store
The reason Kohl's hasn't opened their fitting rms. is because they don't have enough manpower to sanitize the fitting rooms after you and so many others come out.... Customer service told me so. Try on at home and return if it doesn't fit if you can. At least they have great prices!

Sometimes yes they do. Clothes yes... not sure about electronics!
For Black Friday sales the store opens 5 pm on Thanksgiving and stays open straight through until midnight on Friday
