Nice store sorry to say shoe department needs help

Went back to school shopping for the kid, and was shocked by the state of this store. It was an absolute wreck. Going in, I expected highish prices, and standard department store bougieness. I got the first, but definitely not the second. There was trash thrown all over the floor. The vast majority of the clothes were just randomly thrown in piles. If you want a nice place to shop, go to literally any other store. As a side note, the single store associate I saw besides the cashier was very helpful finding the disgusting bathroom.
