At the Glasgow location everyone was so helpful, kind, and just fantastic. My second time there in less then a month, unfortunately, and both visits were outstanding with all of the staff. From the front of the house to the back. Very efficient, patient, helpful & kind people. The prescriptions were sent so fast & even helped me move one because my pharmacy couldn’t fill it right away. The results & portal updates were also very efficient as well & updated in a timely matter. I signed up online my second time for a reserved time because my info was already in system, super convenient & easy. Best urgent care I have ever experienced on both my visits, even when they were super busy. You are appreciated & thank you for being so helpful in such a difficult field & environment.

My appointment was 12:30, finally could meet a physician 2:45. If I need to wait over two hours why do I need to make an appointment? Than waiting for my prescription at pharmacy, they never sent my prescription, so called in urgent care office, and they put me on hold for 18 minutes!!! Don’t they know “urgent” mean????

I've been here for an hour. I DID made an appt. Still waiting.... I have at least another 30 min. But that is what their board says....it keeps changing. So who knows. My local one is closed so I came here....but this is ridiculous

No compassion from anyone. Left on my own to walk to my room when being brought back. Left on my own to walk to and from X-ray. Provider just rushed out of the room when she was done going over my X-ray results & treatment, I didn't even know I was supposed to leave.

No, we do not offer the COVID-19 vaccine at any of our urgent care centers.
We would recommend that you call your local pharmacy to ensure they received the order for the prescription. If they have not for some reason, please give the medical aid unit a call back to check on this matter.
