Red Wing’s quality of safety shoes might be excellent but they can never get their paper correct and they never answer their phone. The email address I have on file no one ever answers. Very poor service.

If you are going to inconvenience possible customers by closing when you see fit, then when they do come in, if they come back, you should give them $20.00 off. At least cover their cost in fuel! That would make a great suggestion to the home office.

They fit you for proper size boots, and boots break in overtime, and become more comfortable with wear, but I'm not sure they offer in shop "stretching".
