Never answer the phone and when they do they act so rude. Lady tells me she can’t schedule me in until November for an EMERGENCY APPT.

Dr Burke is fantastic! He is quick and concise, gets his patients in and out of the door. However, the office is sometimes a mess. Each time we are there, they can't find our referrals. I know it's not our PCP because we have the same issue with my doc, my kid's pediatrician, etc. It generally takes a few extra phone calls which stinks, but we work through it.
