The old lady at the counter at lunchtime July 11th 2022 when I came in she said the only thing we have is in the case which was a load of fried and maybe a piece of chicken but I couldn't tell and I asked well what's all in there and she repeated herself and then a younger gentleman walked up and said we do have other stuff still perplexed on what to order I ordered the burger rap when I received my food I could tell it was a bun so when I opened it to check I had to walk back in and talk to them and she seemed that I had been inconveniencing her in which she just pulled the burger off and slapped it in a rap and gave it back to me very poor quality and service this is not the first time I've had trouble with this deli not the first time they've messed my order up would not recommend as you don't get what you pay for

Idk who the old lady was the worked June 20th 2022 at lunch time but she doesn't know how to talk to people.. I understand the job in the deli can be stressful but it's no way you should take it out on the customers. I was going to let my complaint go. But as I was leaving I heard another customer complain about the same old lady there she either needs to quit and find another job that doesn't involve talking to people. She didn't have much chicken available and when I asked she screamed on me. Unprofessional the regional manager needs to go check this store out and have a nice talk to her about her attitude towards customers
