Never have chicken ready at all. Staff is nasty to customers. Always 15-20 min wait for food. Customers are told we don’t have what you ordered so do you want something else? Update 9/28. No chicken. Asked if there was a new standard 20 min wait and I was rudely answered with we don’t have time. Ha. There’s no Ike in the store. Corporate should be ashamed.
