Worked with Jaden at Golling dealership and I am very happy that I got a good deal on my new car. It was very helpful in getting everything ready for my new purchase. Jaden was very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The buying process was easy and fast as they took care of all, even on financing documents. Jaden went extra miles and as he promised since I have met, he washed the car and filled full tank of gas. They added also new mats to the car. Received another discount for extended warranty. Hello! The new ownership group took over on December 9th!
Do you know that it costs money to drive a 300 miles round trip ? I called first I told him I was on my way! This shows a lot about how you treat your customers. I called at 10:15 and told him I had a 2+ hour drive. How would you feel if the shoe was on your foot? I feel like I got played by your salesman and screwed out of 50.00 in gas and 6 hours 😡. Your salesman never told me or asked for a deposit to hold it for a test drive. HE JUST SAID BRING YOUR MONEY.
Why would you let me drive 150 miles one way? If you won't hold a vehicle when someone says they are on the way, then why do you advertise on the internet. Your salesman never said that he wouldn't wait for me to get there all he said was bring some money. Do you realize that by you not telling me that you wouldn't hold the car cost me 50.00 and over six hours of time?
I would talk to your salesperson. They would know. I was just a customer. You're best bet would be asking for an early trade in to see if you will owe anything. If the monetary amount is greater than what you are trying to pay, keep the lease until it won't cost you so much.
