NEVER go to icolor @ Christiana mall !!!! Worst service ever & my phone screen has went completely black not even 30 days after being fixed. UPDATE : John from the Middletown called and fixed the phone!!! Was super helpful and professional!! Definitely recommend the Middletown icolor! Phone is good as new now! Thanks John !!

Had my iphone 10S screen and battery replaced. The new battery they installed was completely dead and the associate said that was normal for storage purposes. Told me to take it home to charge it completely. The new battery would not keep a charge past 6 hours. Returned to kiosk to complain. The same associate replaced the battery AGAIN-this time it was fully charged. I could not get the battery to charge again. Took it back and another associate opened the phone again to inspect. Said he saw no issue with the battery. said it was charged to 68%. Now my phone is randomly turning off and the screen is freezing. I I finally went into the apple store to have it looked at. The apple associate did a diagnostic and said that the kiosk employee damaged the inner component of the phone and that is why it isnt working. The phone is beyond repair. I went back to the kiosk and the best they said they could do it either replace the battery AGAIN or remove the battery and give me my money back. They broke my phone!!

I was told that the screen was “the same as the ones Apple uses,” which was a lie— it feels like a cheap replacement. I use my phone for photography and sharing photos & it makes it extremely difficult to edit photos because the colors are off— the screen has a blue/gray tint that Apple’s original screens don’t have. The screen is functional and they fixed the back glass as well, so I do think they deserve at least one star, but extremely displeased with the lack of transparency around the quality of the glass.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have an iPhone 11. Recently my back camera broke. Just the glass however it was making my pictures come out blurry with black spots. The only thing that was wrong with my phone was the back camera. I take it to them to get it fixed and when I get my phone back my screen is no longer working. The entire top of my screen is completely unresponsive. The man tried to tell me that it was a coincidence and that my screen was probably just going bad. He then proceeds to say that he could fix it for 80 more dollars. This place is a scam and you will leave with a bigger problem than what you started with.

They customize their warranty policy based on the problem that may arise so they wont have to fix their cheap screens that stop working after a month or two. Avoid relying on their screens or their "warranty"! It's a huge scam!
About 1-200 to have them repair it based on device. Then about another 100-300 to fic the damage they do.
