Horrible experience buying a car there. Passenger airbag sensor was faulty, and the manager refused to fix it. That puts passenger's lives in danger. The assistant manager was very nice, however. Also, any time you schedule service, be prepared for a long wait, despite scheduling an appointment.

I just bought a car from Mateo at Martin Honda. It is a perfect fit for my lifestyle and comfortability needs. Mateo really listened in detail to the qualities I needed in a car and exceeded my expectations by helping me find the Honda Civic that I purchased. I haven’t bought a car since 2008. I had a lot of questions and concerns about the new features on 2022 vehicles. Mateo contacted me as soon as the car was available, letting me know it was there to test drive. It turned out that was the car I had been looking for and I can not be happier with my choice.

Not sure how Anthony was hired, he had only been there a few weeks and I don't see him lasting much longer. I was helping my parents find a new Pilot and good thing I was there because he is so sarcastic and childish, my parents wouldn't have been able to understand a single thing he was saying. He would say things like "Oh you want a Pilot, HAHA, we might still have some but there's just no cars right now" in a sarcastic tone, or "Okay this is the price of this, plus *sigh* MARKET." My parents are innocent folks that don't keep up with the news, they are following my lead and help and this type of interaction is unprofessional. I was done talking after 10 minutes, I didn't feel like I could talk because I was faced with so much negativity like this kid thinks he knows everything. And isn't this a sales shop?! I understand it's not a buyers market but clearly he is not helping ease that one bit.

First and foremost I want to acknowledge Jose! I went in frustrated after going to two other dealerships & not being satisfied . Upon arrival me and my mother exited our vehicles and we were preparing to just look around & then came an Angel, Jose ! He greeted us and asked if we needed help. After a brief conversation he insisted we come in and he thoroughly went through the process with me & made sure that I didn’t feel pressured into just making a purchase but I was comfortable with doing it. He took his time and explained each step thoroughly which I greatly appreciated . I understood everything that he explained and it made me feel 100 times better . He made me and my mother feel comfortable and he made my experience wonderful and amazing . Jose you made my day. I was able to purchase an amazing vehicle for me and my daughter and I’m beyond satisfied . Thankyou so much Jose, I really cannot express my satisfaction with your service and Martin Honda is lucky to have you !!! You have an amazing heart . Thanks again.
