My experience with this dealership, on first visit, has been great! Noticing from when I walked into the service center, customers were well known to the staff and complimenting them for the ease of service. Being a first time customer at the this dealership, this is a great first impression. The maintenance for my vehicle wasn't long nor was it expensive and I look forward to continuing to bring my vehicle here in the future. Hopefully, I will be buying next car from Porter Chevrolet within the next year or so!

Don't come to this place for any repairs! Needed a front bumper and the replacement part did not fit. They forced it on there anyway when asked to fix they said sure and 20 min later called me and said it was ready but it was the same way I left it. Again asked them to fix the bumper properly it was not aligned with the rest of the cars frame. Sure they said, then told me a long story about it not being an original part and sometimes they don't fit and will reorder the part. Lies I tell you, came to pick the car up again and they told me they just took it out and put it back in better. Now I this point they said my battery died and needed a new one. Didn't need one on my initial day of pick up, so guess they were big mad I had a voice and drained my battery. 2 months later I have a popped out bumper that's going to another place to get fixed since my insurance company agreed the workmanship was not good. They don't want to help out with a rental car until my car gets repaired because they are not fixing it. Screw you guys is being clean. That's the purpose for small claims court!!!!!!!!!!!!
