So...At this point, I'm still living here but I feel like I need to post this so whoever looking for apartment can take this into consideration: Pros: - Nice Gym (Check out the pics, it's nice for sure) - Friendly Staff (At least maintenance guys are some of the best ppl I have ever met) Alright, that's all I can think of for the good things, let's get to the ugly part: - "Gated" Community (yeah, I lived here for 6 months, the time they closed all three of the gates at night are less than 30 days. During the day, there's people come knock on the door advertising their stuff, so I guess that gate doesn't really protect anything. Oh wanna hear the best part? My motorcycle was stolen during the DAY TIME in front of my building! Police showed up and telling me there's no camera around the building at all so they can't do anything about it.) - Empty leasing office during work hour: There's too many times I walked into the leasing office and nobody was there. Also, there's a online portal to message the staff but I never get any reply. - Broken stuff: Here's a list of broken equipment when I moved in: Laundry Machine, Ice-maker in refrigerator, Water heater, on top of that the garbage disposal works like it's about to die too. - School Bus Stop: I guess they forgot to tell you there's a school bus stop in front of the building so when you go out in the morning, there's a chance you will running into a bunch of parents parking their car in front of the main gate dropping off their kids. Alright here is my "fair" review, at least is the best I can give right now. The apartment ain't so bad, but if I get to pick again, I won't pick this one.

I was trying to decide on a 3 or 4 stars, because our experiences have been mixed. In the end I decided on 4 stars because things were eventually resolved. I'll tell you the good first and then move on to the bad. THE GOOD: Jimmy made application and move in super easy! We had a renovated unit. Everything felt shiny and new (except the appliances). The place was extremely clean upon entry, even the (old) appliances were practically shining. I quite like the fake wood flooring (vinyl I think). It looks great but is super easy to clean. My particular building is quiet. It was so quiet I wasn't sure I had neighbors at first (I do). Valet trash pick up comes in very handy and I love not having to haul my trash to a dump! Repairmen are thorough and friendly. Landscaping is excellent and there's plenty of places to park. The location is great! Close to all the universities, grocery stores, great places to eat. THE BAD: First day, the AC broke. It took them 2 nights and 3 days to fix it. We had to buy a portable AC unit so we didn't melt (90F+ inside). All those old appliances, except the oven & microwave, were in a state of disrepair. Washer violently wobbled, dryer had a high pitched squeal, dishwasher flooded because the garbage disposal had gone bad, and the freezer was leaking into the fridge. They didn't come out to fix things until we had our orders escalated and then I left 2 bad internal reviews. The remodelers left a piece of wood with nails in it under the carpet, which I almost stepped on and added another hole to my body! They also left a lot of paint stains on our carpet and somehow managed to leave paint in the bathtub so it plugged up the drain. There's places where the vinyl flooring didn't seem applied properly leaving what appears to be air pockets. Gate system works with keycards but I guess tenants use to be able to remotely let people in, and that part is broken. CONCLUSION: YMMV. While there's been complaints about the price in other reviews, I view the price acceptable for the location. They need more repair people, mostly because the few repair people they have are busy cleaning up the disasters made by the remodelers. The office is extremely hit or miss, as it entirely depends on who you get and what mood they're in that day.
