Peggy W. was wonderful to work with on getting my son set up with his apartment! She was a big reason we chose Central Place. Since I live far away I wanted a place that was safe and ran by people that cared about the people and the place. That is Peggy! She called regularly to check in and give us updates before he moved in. She also went above and beyond when a package was delivered before he moved in. She retrieved it and kept it for him until we arrived. Thanks Peggy for all your help! I highly recommend Central Place and Peggy!

We have lived at Central Place at Winter Park for over 2 years. We just renewed our lease for another year. We recently needed our air conditioning unit replaced and the management here was so kind to bring a portable A/c unit right away. From the time we reported to the office that it had quit working, the maintenance team had the portable unit in our apartment in about 45 minutes. The a/c was replaced so fast and earlier than anticipated. Ilene the assistant manager and the super nice maintenance person were on top of everything and we really appreciated the prompt resolution of our issue. We are so thankful for their help. It meant so much to us. When we have any concerns the front office is quick to resolve our issue. The assistant manager Ilene has made sure that everything is taken care of and been very helpful. Lori in the front office is always super sweet as well. The maintenance guy Oscar is also so kind and helpful. We are grateful to live here and look forward to another great year at this property. Thank you all for all you do to make this such a pleasant place to live. We really appreciate you. * I want to recognize the amazing maintenance lady who helped with our a/c but unfortunately her name has slipped my mind. She was AMAZING. she really deserves recognition she was ON IT even during a bad storm and after hours. So glad to have someone of her caliber and expertise on property. Not only was she great but super friendly and funny too. I’m so sorry I forgot her name!!! I wanted to make sure she is recognized by the management team for her awesomeness. Also the grounds stays nice and courtyard is beautiful and pristine. They frequently remulch which they just did recently. That was a good move by management to keep everything looking sharp. Landscaping done every Tuesday and they do a great job. Also the pools are always in great condition and refreshing. Love having washer and dryer in our apartment. I hate laundromats. Can’t beat the price with all the great amenities. Gym is great too. Blessed to call this home and looking forward to another great year at central place at winter park.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Huge wasps nests up in almost all corners of the windows, loud music playing all night, cops will park outside at 10pm and constantly walk around which makes it feel as if they’re checking for drug activity. Maintenance workers will complete your service request and then leave trails of mud and dirty water all through your apartment and outside in the corridor. Apartment was gross when moving in and STILL didn’t get the security deposit back when moving out. Leasing office staff has zero continuity, so you’ll be told multiple different things from different people when asking a general question. Pictures on the website are VERY different than in person. Beware.

Living at Central Place has been a great experience. Lori was wonderful in assisting my roommate and I with the leasing process. The location is great and maintenance was pretty quick to fix any issues we had for our unit. The only thing that comes to mind as a negative would be that parking can be hard to come across depending on the time of day.
