I just realized how disturbing it is to live here when one's privacy and safety aren't respected. Maintenance staff goes freely into each unit without warning or notice of entry. I was fast asleep in the afternoon when I was startled by what I later recognized as a knock and then my door was unlocked and opened without notice, warning or invite. That could have resulted in a terrible outcome.

I’ve lived here now for almost four months and everything has been great except for that in the past few weeks all of the doors have been breaking. The side doors may remain open for a few days because pieces have broken. Most inconvenient is the call-box door has been broken for almost a month now. It is very frustrating for when I have guests or packages who need to be let in from the call-box and they cannot get into the building. I’ve reached out to management who has just stated that they don’t know when the door will be fixed and parts are on backlog. While I understand these are tough times, the callbox working is a key feature of this apartment. Since they do not have a way for packages to arrive after the office closes - but for the callbox - sometimes my items are being returned to sender as undeliverable. This is very frustrating.

I was a resident here for 14 months and had thoroughly enjoyed my time at Bainbridge. Pros and Cons listed below: Pros: - great location (walkable shops and restaurants, 5 min from Park Ave, easy access to i4) - amenities (pool area is 5 stars, lounge and work spaces are kept clean, coffee bar could use improvement) - staff (leasing office staff was always friendly and willing to help, I didn't have many issues in the unit but the maintenance team was quick and resolved issues within 24 hrs) - unit itself (lived in an outside facing 2b2b and had lots of space/storage, fridge water filter was extremely convenient, kitchen area was very nice) Cons: - price (the WP area is quite nice, and Bainbridge is on the higher end for apartments in the area. However, I did think it was worth it when I signed in March of 2021) - security (like other reviews have stated, there is minimal security. I personally never experienced any issues and felt safe, but there is a lack of cameras and parking garage gate is sometimes stuck and left open) - noise (The noise side to side was never an issue. Even if I were to play music really loud, you could only hear it when the door opened. However, I could easily hear noise coming from above or below my unit like dogs barking or parties happening) I would've renewed my lease if I hadn't moved out-of-state for work. I would recommend this to a friend, as long as you have deep pockets.
