There is waiting list to get in. I would suggest you contact management immediately to get on their waiting list. Rent also includes utilities. There are no patios.

I think with $1,100 you would qualify. I know someone whose rent is almost seven hundred and that includes utilities. And I don't know how long of a waiting list there is. You would have to call the Plymouth. And they have paperwork for you to fill out and then I think you could get put on the list. I am sorry there are a lot of I thinks in my answer. I do not believe you can own any real property and qualify to live there.

How do I know I am still on the waiting list and how far down I am?

If you call the management, they should be able to tell you that. I believe they are there from 8 or 8:30 till 5:00.

It says on the website that the apartments are furnished. Are they and would I be able to use my own?
