What a cool place to live. I can exercise on the Trail and even walk to dinner in downtown Baldwin Park. The community has been modernized and the washer/dryer in the apartment is a very nice touch. We have a pool, a bocce court, a kitchen, a fire pit and some very cool neighbors. The maintenance team always fixes any issues and I love this community. Thank you for providing such a great value!

This place was once Called Tara House. The previous owner was very family oriented and truly cared for those who lived here and quickly responded to any issues we had. My husband, son and I had lived here for 6 years and loved it! When it was bought out the new company did not respond to any issues while only focusing on the renovations. The environment completely changed very quickly because when the new management came it looked like a few new tenants came along with them and they were rowdy and were belligerent at the pool. It was no longer a family oriented environment and I was not comfortable taking my son to the pool anymore. I heard from so many of my neighbors who are elderly and lived there for 10 yrs or more that they were being put out by the end of their lease. So many elderly and families were given 30 day notices or were given ultimatums with the threat of raising their rent to an unfair price, and that’s WITHOUT renovating the apt they’ve already been living in for so many years.it was really sad to see the neighbors come together to talk about the terrible positions they were put in not knowing what they could do. It was so sad and very unfair! These people put a really bad taste in my mouth! You can’t trust these people with your living here! They’re not human!

It’s amazing how this place went from awesome to ghetto. This one girl often puts on a show for everyone at the pool with inappropriate behavior. One women had her huge dog in the pool!!! This place used to be a great place for families. We lived her for 6 years and were left a note on the door 30 days before our lease was up saying they refused to renew our lease. My wife, child and I were put out because they wanted renovate the apartment!!! These people don’t care about anyone! The previous owner when this place was called Tara House Apartments had this place in tip top shape. Everything was well maintained and prices were reasonable. Ever since Tara House was bought out it went down hill fast. It seems like they’re trying to make this place for high class only only while whitewashing everything. They say the renovated the apartments but when looking at the pictures they left old tiles that were there since the 80s, fresh paint, and a washer and dryer in the closet in one of the bedrooms! Those closets are small as it is. Don’t believe the hype! This place is NOT worth what their asking for. Do your self a favor and take you money some place else.
