Everyone at the service center was excellent. My only issue was the person making my appointment. She made if for the wrong day and for only the tire rotation. She seemed to be reading a script and wasn't one of the friendly people I'm used to talking to in the 13 years I've been bringing my cars here. Luckily Ron worked me in and I had what I needed done promptly.

My truck was dirtier when I left the service center than when I arrived. They needed to inspect the blower motor per a recall notice. They left some type of white grease on the passenger seat & on the passenger side floor mat. They could have shown a little more respect for other peoples property.
