The staff is very helpful and truly wants to find the right bike for you. It is a no pressure sales system. They go out of their way to get you set up on the new bike. The staff takes the time to ask and fully understand your needs and how you will use the scooter, and then place you on the right scooter for you.

I have Scleroderma and Rheumatoid Arthritis which make using my hands very difficult on certain days. On one of those days I realized my battery died in my bike so I had to jump it off and go get a new one. I drove from Longwood to Winter Park after Wild Hogs told me on the phone that they would install it for free. I rode it there and paid $110 for the battery and all of the fees including the disposal fee but then they decided that since I have accessory lights on it, they wouldn't connect it. He handed me the new battery, apologized and walked back into the shop. I stood in the alleyway for a minute gathering my thoughts and then just rode it home before it started raining. It cut off on me before I made it there. I pushed it out of the intersection and parked it next to the curb under a shade tree. I had to call someone to come pick me up and bring my bike home all because they wouldn't connect it, even after I said just don't connect the accessory lights. I was really disappointed with this experience. This is the shop my bike was purchased from.

Took my bike in for a handle bar assembly issue. Was told it wasn't a 10 min fix but that they'd get to it if I left it with them. Figuring it would only take like an hour or so I left my bike to find out that they are backed up when the wasn't really stressed in my first conversation about repairing the issue. Too busy to even recommend. Not enough communication on issues. Response to "Owner" no I did not leave my bike to replace parts that had broken off I came in for plugs on my handlebar assembly to br re-assembled and I actually called in no one called me on Monday like I was told they would so I proactively called in and was told those parts would take some time to come in. Ok, so when I came in on 9/16/22 around 2:30-3pm I showed two different people who work there that I have the parts they just need to be put back. This is where I have an issue. I was told to leave it and they'll take a look at it but it's not a 10min job Do not reply back unless you know what you are talking about. I was under the impression they were going to take care of it since I have the parts just requires their time which they forget to mention oh yeah we're 10-15 days backed up. THIS IS MY ISSUE
