This is a great hidden gem to hike. My kids love it and I love taking them here. The trail is rated as easy, but I always get a good workout in and feel like I did something to exercise. Most of the hike is what I call "city hiking," but it has some nice views that make you think you are miles and miles away from the city.

It has some elevation, some shaded route, good view of Dublin, Pleasanton. It's just 2 miles loop easy for kids as well. Be cautious when it rains.. it may take 40+ minutes based one individual pace.. overall beautiful short hike.

Nice place, beautiful view over the valley and we saw many animals like deers and turkeys. There are two trails, one loop and the other to the higher view. There’s no clear lettering and you can get loose trying to follow the paths, and the soils is slippery in some parts. The bad is that in the parking you can find some teenagers smoking weed and also in the trail some weird young people. Not recommended as a family trail.
