I spend over $700/month here and constantly am stopped for receipt checks with two babies in my arms. All of my groceries are always bagged and it is CLEAR my hands are full. It is not my problem people steal-I do not. Teach better customer service and stop making moms lives harder.

Great store with great deals lots of friendly workers there who work very hard, not everyone knows all the policies though which is not their fault probably just misinformed. Security is fair, kind and understanding, I did have an issue with one of the workers at the pharmacy one day though and a couple employees that work there but I won't let that ruin it for me as my mom is disabled and needs me to get her meds and food for her there, so keep up the good work!

Shocked by the disrespect and attitude I received by this security guard when I walked up at 10:01pm. He made snide comments and slammed the door closed in my face and son’s face, and said “we closed at 10”. I think he need to work on his people skills and learn that a little kindness goes a long way.

Great place to go if you want to feel like you’re constantly under surveillance for buying face wash. No joke they have a completely separate part of the store where you have to check out for items like sunscreen, face wash, and toothpaste for theft prevention. Mind you, on the other side of the store you can feasibly steal all the organic products you want I suppose since those aren’t under lock and key. Kroger should be ashamed of themselves for this.

I don't think there is a full Chase branch inside gateway they are switching over to On Point credit Union. I know the US Bank at the Glisan Freddy's is now On Point! Hope that helps?
They push wearing a mask. Employees are required. I've never seen staff wiping counters or keeping up the 🚻. They used to wipe/spray down the carts, but no longer

Yes I think they require 48 hours but if this happens again & u can't order on in enough time in the future u can pick out one they already have made and add a toy kit and write on it for you!
