They have some neat things but the lines were so long that I didn't think it was worth the purchase.

What a dump! Between the customers who were constantly trying to shoplift and demanding attention from the employees and the employees who were too busy to help anybody especially the only person working a register with a line of three customers and more on the way wanting to make a purchase and leave. The only reason they get two stars is they finally have cheap prices again instead of charging Nordstrom prices. It's sad to see that they're still making up what other stores might be selling stuff for and including that on there tags even though the dollar tree bar of soap was never being sold for $20. I really wish that stores like this would stop acting like they're not a glorified secondhand store instead of acting like there's some high-end boutique and you are a waste of their time. It was nice to hear one lady say that she was a manager and that everybody could just f the heck out of the store.

This Ross will not accept photos of your receipts and require a physical copy. So if you use your phone to digitally track your receipts, this store will only inconvenience you. The Ross only 10 minutes away accepts photo receipts.

Horrible customer service. 37 minutes ro do a return and there was noone ahead of me. The cashier would rather mess around with hangers than helping one of the 20+ people in line. Also she's supposed to be the one who does returns but says she doesn't have authority to do them... yet the line for returns is at her register. She was more concerned with getting off work tha n actually working. She kept looking at her watch. And telling he co worker it's almost time to leave.
