No kids menu but may accommodate personal requests.
You don't have to make reservations but I would depending when you're gonna go. Reservations secures your spot if you do go on a busy day.
I did not see a changing table in the bathroom. I would still say family/baby friendly.
No, and if you intend on going during the weekend plan accordingly because the parking lot is small.
