Order was placed and delivered was to be done by FedEx on Friday 01/21/22 as of 9:00 PM package has not been delivered. I am very disappointed the service has always been dependable but not this time, I have not received email to confirm my order however payment has been received and processed. Very disappointed in the service and handling of the business.

There were 4 of us for Christmas dinner. We are still eating the turducken tonight Wed! It is delicious and satisfying and not our first one. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food that is really simple to cook!

It's just a different mixture of seasoning to use. Add's a unique (GREAT) taste to your boil. My favorite is Louisiana Crawfish Time
The way I do mine is smoke it on the grill for about a 1/2 hour with temperature around 225 to 230. Then I'll put in a aluminum pan and cover with foil for about another 3 hours in it oozing. Keep basting until when the internal temperature of 165°F it done.
