Customer service is horrible call the number never picks up locks up pool randomly without warning and our apartment had markers on the bathrooms and dents in closet doors

All I can say is Herbie has been amazing from the beginning.. I am moving from Miami and have seen my fare share. Herby has been there for me from the being!! I even met some staff, and can say they are extremely helpful!! If your looking for customer service this is the place! Every complex has their issues.. perfection doesn’t exist! Just keep that in mind.

I cannot explain how happy I am with living here! Just moved in and it’s pretty much perfect! You have people willing to help you and always make sure you’re good. Beautiful apartments and very friendly people. The property manager especially, thank you! Unfortunately I will update soon.
