TERRIBLE PLACE TO EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!! Extremely poor costomer service. Very rude. Distracted to mingle with her friend during our photoshoot. Such a poor quality photo. My 2 year old can take better pictures.

This is terrible terrible studio. No sense of customer service. We were late to appointment by literally 2 minutes. A guy came to us after about and hour to check in. The photographer accused us of being late by an hour. Both the untidy guy who checked us in and the photographer looked high although i can't say for sure either of them were. The photographer came to us after 1.5 hrs (shed take portraits of 3 groups who came after us) and said she couldn’t guarantee she would have time for us. We were there today (09/26/2021) at 3:30.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the photography at our family photo shoot. Our toddler was behaving like a toddler, but the photographer had a few tricks up her sleeves and managed to get some good shots of him. The photos of big sister were fantastic, as well as the whole family photos! Only issue was that our appointment was at 11am and the store wasn’t open yet (Sunday), which made it hard to be on time. Overall, highly recommend!

I love this JCPenney its big had so many options from appliances and kids clothes and men on the first floor and women on the second floor . Customer service was very good Mrs Mary was amazing my girlfriend did some return was fast and easy, on the second floor you have exit connect to the mall the mall have so many options to buy from . Keep up the great work guys .
