Poorly maintained residence. This place has deteriorated significantly, not the slightest effort was made to update anything. Plus, Anyone can just walk in through the gate, as the door on the side isn't working and when asked the front office about it, for safety reasons, they said it costs too much to fix it.The gym is dirty, smells and half the cardio machines out of order or just so old. Apartments are really old, they'd usually just paint over the walls to make it somewhat look presentable. Also good luck getting hold of anyone in the front office, and when you do be ready for arguing because they'll refuse to fix any issue pertaining to your unit. They're incompetent and rude, in my opinion. The only bright light are the 2 Hispanic maintenance guys, they're down to earth, nice and very helpful. For ~$1700/m I'm better off moving to a nicer place, and won't be renewing.

My son's apartment unit was infested with roaches when he initially moved in. This morning my son found a huge roach in his bed and in the bathroom, kitchen, trash can, walls. There is an infestation in the unit and the roaches are everywhere. I rented him a hotel room as he cannot continue to stay here. I called Donna who is always nonchalant and there is never a sense of urgency for this lady. She said the pest control people would be out on Thursday and the roaches most likely came from people moving out of the building. Well, Donna , I am sure you would not want to stay in a place that is roach infested. Not to mention the rent just enormously increased. We should have never leased at this roach motel!!

I've been here for a little while, and it is nice and quiet. So far, my only complaint is the trash not being picked up on trash days and the gym door getting stuck sometimes.
