How safe is this neighborhood? When I see crime maps, I see 2-3 reported thefts/burglaries inside Sutton Place Blvd itself within the past year, and neighborhoodscout marks this area as pretty unsafe.

Lakeside at Winter Park is a gated community. I chose this place for my daughter to live while she attends college. She's been there for 3 months now and loves it! And There hasn't been any crimes that I'm aware of. Also, there is an officer with the sheriff's dept that lives here. Hope this helps!

My son's been there for nearly 5 yrs. It was The Park at Sutton Place until recently. It is gated, but the gates have been an issue off and on. They (both) were open last Sat at 7am. My son had his locked bike stolen from his patio. However, we've always felt it to be a very safe place. In fact, they entire area between Goldenrod and Semoran seems safe.
