The property has a tremendous location, accessible to semorand and Aloma ave. The price is super comfortable for me and according to the facilities that they provide me, besides being calm. Affinity of Winter Park is a great community to live in. This apartment complex has an amazing management staff. Anthony is very nice, so welcoming and attentive. He’s always ready to help. He listens to feedback and maintenance issues are handled quickly and effectively. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The property is affordable, in a great neighborhood and close to many restaurants and other stores.

I Just Moved Here Not To Long Ago & I Couldn’t Ask For a Better Place to Have Moved into. I Also Liked To Add That The Property Manager, His Name Is Anthony, He was So Attentive, He Often Asked If I Had Any Questions & Made Sure I Understood The Lease, He explained Everything With Such an Ease.

Tenants are responsible for paying electric, cable, internet phone and renters insurance. Valet trash, water, and pest control are included in the rent. You also have an option to rent a washer and dryer for an additional charge of $50 monthly. This is for the 2 bed/2 bath floor plan.

No one answers the phone unless you spam call them right when they open. It was literally the most annoying thing about moving in here. They have a very hands off approach.
