The park was bought out by a large corporation in 2011. They have been raising rents ever since. Before rents were 1200.00. Now they are 1600. Look around at other parks they don't have prices this high. They cut maintenance and managers. The manager now has to do the work of 4. Its not a trashy park at all, but it is not as well kept up as before. If rents may keep going up, you may have trouble selling your home when you have to move. Be careful living in a mobile home park. The owners can sell it at any time and you don't know who you get.
