This hotel is by far the best hotel that I've been to in a very long time. Bill was so nice and very helpful and understanding when my clumsy self accidentally bumped my head and needed to rest before leaving my stay and he even offered to get me an ambulance just in case I couldn't drive. But I luckily was okay and resting did just the trick. Brittany that also works at the front desk/reception was so amazing and I wanted to mention just how kind and welcoming she was when I had first arrived for my reservation and every day that she helped me during my stay. She made the process extremely fast and painless and had a smile on her face the entire time and I didn't feel rushed or like she just was trying to get me out of there like other people/companies that I've unfortunately had to deal with in the past. The hotel is also extremely beautiful, and has a really great vibe to it. I also like the color scheme and I truly felt like the overall ambience was absolutely perfect and made me feel extremely happy and inviting. It's extremely clean both in the common areas and my hotel room. I couldn't of asked for anything better! So thank you again Bill and Brittany for making me feel very at home and extremely comfortable. I will definitely be referring this hotel to any of my friends or family that are looking for hotels in the area or just a small getaway for the weekend and I will obviously still be returning myself as much as I possibly can. Trust me you'll love it here!

Bed is downright comfortable! Best sleep we ever had staying in hotels often due to work. The location is amazing; stores around. But beach is 15 minutes drive. Good for family stay. QUIET AND SAFE LOCATION. Strongly recommend for your stay in the area.

Positive: Front desk Check In with staff was AMAZING! Guest Services room service was Amazing! Front desk help was Amazing! Negative: Cafe service by staff was HORRIBLE! Lazy girl, bad attitude, too busy on her phone. Not friendly. OUT of almost Everything including butter & jam. No breakfast protein, still had to pay full price! Very Bad experience. Would Never eat there or recomm

Positive: Room was clean. Housekeeping not provided & they let you know that you check in. Friendly staff. The small cafe never seemed to be open-bummer.Room was very quiet even though we backed to the pool, but swimmers out late on fri. night. Bed medium comfort. Negative: Bottom sheet doesnt fit bed, so bunched up. Smoke alarms have very bright flashing light!
