Had to go pay a reinstatement fee which Noone enjoys . Audrey was patient with me as I had to move some funds to my debit account. I was in and out in 15 minutes and on my way back home satisfied. I was expecting a real time consuming experience so this was a pleasant surprise.

For a regular license, you will do a vision test and identify 9 out of 12 road signs. You only need to bring $40 cash, check, debit, or credit and your i.d. card. You'll take a new picture also. For real i.d.: you need a certified birth certificate or passport, social security card or a 1099 tax form, or a W2, as well as two documents with your name and address.
If you accidentally click license id instead of id can you still go to your appointment and tell them it wasn’t id on mines just license i have everything i need to get my id

The online appt system appears to not show all offices that offer service. How can we know if that office has appts available if it does not show on the list and we can't visit the office unless we have an appt, nor are the phones being answered?

I really don't know the answer to that because I have been in the morning, during lunch and dinner, but they are always busy. I guess it's because there are only 3 officers and usually only 1 or 2 are calling clients back.

I stopped going to Oxford for the same reason. I found the staff here to be "nicer", but it's still the DMV and the staff is still overworked and underpaid. Be prepared to wait at least an hour.

No. Bring your i.d. card to take the written exam. If you do not have an i.d. card then bring your certified birth certificate, social security card, and a piece of mail.

$60 and your license. You will take a general knowledge test of 50 questions, an air brakes test of 25 questions. You'll get three tries at the general knowledge test and if you dont pass on the 3rd try we will need another $40 to test at the general knowledge test. You can take the test once a day throughout the state only. Once you pass all testing, you have to hold the permit for 14 days and then take the on the road test to get your cdl license.
