Mornings are best in my opinion but hard to say.
DMV opens at 8am. And it is really hard to say if there will be a wait or not, bc I have been there when they opened & there was no one waiting & then I have been there on another occasion when they opened & I waited 1hour & 20 minutes. But to honest more likely than not it will always be some kind of wait at the DMV in henderson
