Lazy investigators that can't figure their way out of a paper bag - unless the crime has been committed against one of their own or someone they know - they will not make an effort to get to the truth. Lots of corruption - needs to be investigated by the feds along with the HPD.

Yes, if it is your property. Just call your own tow truck and let them know it is a private property impound.

You can get a gun permit at sheriff office or go take a class to get other one
