As an employee, I have worked at this location for 3 years of my life. In the run down ragged service department. All departments in this building will give you a smile in the face as they turn around and stab you in the back. They expect top notch professionalism and labor, while not wanting to compensate you for it with pay. While also having extremely high service labor rates ( 115$ p/hr) . At the same time screwing employees out of their hard earned commission checks. They will not provide us with adequate shop tooling, this statement is excluding the service technicians with 60k plus invested in tools. They do not follow any safety protocols. This place has very poor management, along with the corporate do nothing yes men. These corporate yes men aren't men of their word. They will lie to you, because they have no morals or backbone. I personally have unloaded hundreds of semi trucks carrying equipment, that I unloaded without the proper adequate tooling to safely unload said semi trucks because it wont be furnished. Everything you do for this company is unappreciated and not valued to the extent that it should be. Every department in this building rolls the other department under the bus , just passing the buck off to another employee because their to lazy to do it themselves. I would not recommend anybody to work here. For the customers that need lawn and garden mechanic work done , you can easily find someone cheaper that does " Quality" work. such as myself.

The service for parts is getting kinda bad. I didn't have any problems with them until the last several months. Not sure what happened but it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone or to call u back. I had to call repeatedly for someone to call me back. I hope they get back on track soon.
