I go for deep tissue massages. I have been to the Woodland Hills location twice. It is significantly smaller than the Sherman Oaks location. No Quiet Room. The staff are great. The massages are wonderful. It's just not enough of an escape to earn that last star.

Love this place. Clean, stocked, welcoming. I agree w those who say a quiet room w dim lights would make it even better, but BW has become my go-to escape. Most places are struggling with staffing right now and facing customer service issues bc of that, but I've never had an issue here. The one time I had a complaint about my massage, I was immediately given a massive discount without even requesting one. Rosie is amazing for facials.

Ofcourse! Keep in mind Friday-Sun is our busiest days out of the week and depending on how fast the therapist tend to be scheduled for the day, there are no gauranteed services depending on availability due to the fact garden room services are walk in scheduled. I suggest maybe mon-thurs later in the evenings!
