Do they realize that people have things to do?? How does a 2.5 hour wait turn into all day?? This does nothing to help people with anger issues, or people who don't feel like their time is worth anything to anybody. This place needs to get their act together, and quickly.

Place is a joke would give it negative 50 if i could. Manditory your first appointment is a walk in but then they make you sit and wait for HOURS! Litterally been waiting over 3.5 hours to be seen. And thats not even to see a therapist!

I went for my medication management appointment on Thursday. The Doctor called me back and said I tested positive for a benzodiazapene. I told her it was a false positive that I hadn't had a benzo in over a year. She said I'll see you in a month. Never did she say she wouldn't refill my medication. This is Sunday morning and I don't have my Subutex. The Doctor should have told me she wasn't going to fill it so that I could have gone back and done blood work. That's more reliable anyway. I would have been glad to have done that, I have nothing to hide.

I went to get someone help and watched 11 people leave on March 17th. They all needed their meds but left because the wait was 4 hours. After waiting 4 hrs she only got an assessment and still didn’t get meds which put her in a extremely bad bipolar episode. The hospital says see a family practitioner then they say that they don’t feel comfortable prescribing the lithium and other meds she was on before to go to Daymark then Daymark says she can go to the hospital. Mental Healthcare is terrible. I can never get her help until she hurts herself or others. This is so hard on everyone. Oh and google maps will have you at someone’s house. It’s located beside beauty supply and pawn shop across from where the unemployment office used to be. They need to fix it.

Yes
They do, but it is usually a waiting line of a few people. You need to be there when they open to beat the line & get seen/evaluated that day.
Insurance isn't needed. Daymark uses a sliding scale fee for those without insurance.
Yes they will it is on a siding scale some people make $ 0-1080 don't have to pay it depends but know one is turn away
