Loud music, children screaming, dogs barking--periodically throughout day. Roar of car exhausts night, early morning, & day. Great place if you are used to the ghetto. Update: Nine months later and it is only worse. These folks are easily the most uncivlized group that I've ever had as neighbors. Yes, I will be moving in a few months.

I have lived here since August 2019 and I love the peaceful atmosphere. There are a several families with kids here and I love hearing them playing, laughing and having fun. The kids are very respectful and have manners so that's a plus. I have great neighbors, they are quiet and make delicious food and they like to share :) The grounds are kept clean and the management keeps everything in working order. He is responds quickly whenever I have an issue or need help. I love it so much I just purchased the trailer I am living in.

Rent is $550 a month per space plus utilities. Utilities are on a submeter and read monthly. Unfortunately, we do not have any space available.

We are charging $500/month plus water and electric (sub-metered) for new residents. We have no vacancy and no one on notice to leave. We have no homes for sale at this time.
