It used to be very reasonable until Harmony LLC bought our park and we've been told space rent is going to $1,500/mo. Keep inm mind there are no amenities. No laundry, no club house, no pool. Nothing just a Stockton based preditory company trying to get wealthy off the working people of ElDorado county.

Do they rent spots for RVs?

I am paying 457.00 a month before electricity and water. I am not to sure about all of the other ones though.

Does this park accept trailers? I have a 35 feet one and want to move in by January 1st...
