I lived here for less than a year, and I DO NOT recommend living here to anyone. This was one of the most unfair/ difficult move outs I have ever experienced. First, let me just mention there is black mold that they will try to hide with paint and tell you “It’s just rust” when it obviously isn’t- I should’ve acknowledged this as the first red flag. There was a sound coming from my wall that continued for months- I thought it was a mouse and when I submitted a maintainance request they brushed it off and marked it as "completed" even though nothing was done. There was also a huge wet spot in the middle of the carpet that they claimed was from cleaning the carpet but only that spot stayed wet for like 3 weeks. The staff are liars – they will tell you one thing and fail to acknowledge that it was ever said, ESPECIALLY the manager Melanie and the employee Terra. They are not there to help you; all they do is stress you out. If you're looking to keep any portion of your security deposit- go ahead and forget it because the most you'll get back is $5 and thats only because they don't want suspicion for taking the whole deposit. I gave them my forwarding address a week before I moved out and they told me they “misplaced it”, that was confidential information I trusted them to keep safe and they ignorantly lost my address. Not to mention after I already paid them my security deposit, they refunded it to my roommate and then sent our account to collections. I had no contact with my roommate once we moved out, so I was being persecuted for an amount of money that had already been paid. When they used our security deposit, they charged us for “wear & tear” when that is literally illegal. The apartment was left in good condition just as it was when we moved in. They also charged us for carpet cleaning when the carpet was left in perfect condition, as well as a $200 paint job. Keep in mind the only “damage” that was on the walls was a few holes from nails to hang up pictures. They couldn’t even give me an explanation as to why it would cost so much- all they said is that they do the painting themselves (maintenance), which in that case… shouldn’t it be cheaper for the tenant? This is hilarious to me considering the nail holes resulting from the previous tenant before me were soft, as if it was filled with puddy & painted over?? They are completely ridiculous and all they want is your money. I do not recommend living here.

So here's the thing, I just moved in, but I'm pretty much obsessed with my apartment and the community. It's very dog friendly so my 2 big mutts are welcome, (no weight limit, by the way) there are a ton of grassy areas for them to stroll through. I was struggling to find a place to rent when I found this place and after waiting 3 weeks to hear back from a different place, I found Fulton's Crossing. I applied and moved in within like 3 days! The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The rent is reasonable for the amount of space and the amenities I have seen are very nice. Also bonus points because the patios are huge and private. I could see myself staying here for a long time.

I have lived in Fulton's Crossing for almost five years, and recently moved from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom apartment. Terra and the leasing team were awesome with ensuring that the move went smoothly. I am happy living here and am grateful I could downsize without a lot of stress!

There was a water leak under the apt that caused damage to wall and flooring, Office staff very efficient when notified of the problem. It took a few weeks due to having to have 2 bids, assessments ect., however, the problem was resolved. Wall and paint back together, flooring waiting for schedule to repair. Office staff communicated with me every step of the way.
