Todd was my go to guy..Salesman who put me in a Buick Encore GX 2023. Robert Basil gave me a lot more for my trade in..which was a 2013 Silverado 1500 with only 49,000 miles on it. I never had a problem with them. Sorry to hear but yes, GMC has a complaint line.
You can go in,with still be apart. You still have to make an appointment to test drive. Very accommodating.
