The residents I encountered, while visiting my grandparents, looked very happy and very friendly. The food is well made; every where is kept clean; and they are very responsive to the residents. I've visited during and outside holidays (peak visitation periods) and everything looked just the same. I think this place is genuinely lovely. I don't think it's a show for visiting family.
