I lived at Quakertowne apartments for a little over a year, and absolutely loved it. If I hadn't been moving out of state, I definitely would have stayed longer. The office staff is kind, professional and quick to respond. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few small issues that required maintenance during my time at Quakertowne, and they were always there within 24 hours and had the issue resolved. The apartments themselves are quiet and comfortable. I never heard my neighbors at all while inside my apartment. After looking at several complexes after Quakertowne I've realized how impressive the office staff is in comparison. They made both the moving in and moving out process completely seamless. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent maintenance service Quakertowne Apartments team provided at 70 Hunters Ridge Road. Leah listened and understood my concerns and took timely action to have the needed repairs scheduled per my availability and convenience. I was very impressed by the quality work Sean did, all repairs were promptly accomplished, with attention to detail, with great care and professionalism.

Me and my 2 teenagers love it here. Anytime there's an issue, the office peeps are all over it right away.

Hi Diana - Quakertowne is not a senior community.

What is the square footage of the living room. Pet friendly. I have a cat. No car. Transportation near?

Depends on what size apartment you get, the third biggest that I have I'd say is about 300 square ft. Pets like cats and dogs are allowed but they increase your rent by $30 a month and you have to pay a pet fee $150 for cats $300 for dogs. I don't know about transportation, though there might be a bus stop near the exit of the complex

Is this Subsidized Housing? Im looking for a two bedroom apartment in Elma for my mom and myself. We live in Long Island NY and we are currently in Private Hud. But we want to move closer to my brother. Is there a long waiting list?
