During the Covid crisis the fulfillment center has been family run with no outside employees. Masks are worn during any interaction with vendors, deliveries and local pickups. The facility does not operate as a retail outlet and therefore we don't have customers flowing in and out.
Hello Debbie. Thanks for your inquiry. If we receive an order by 3PM it goes out same day by USPS Priority Mail. Most locations in the US take 2 days for Priority Mail, but some take 3 days. On Saturday, all orders received by noon go out same day. Times noted are Mountain Time.
