I've dropped my review to one star. AVOID. Buying and/or servicing a car here is a terrible experience. Please do whatever it takes to make them go out of business. The salesmen are nice (they get a big commission). The "sales manager" are textbook villains who will do things that should be illegal, including keeping you stuck there for hours while you slowly lose patience. The service department is atrocious. Every time I've been there, I've ended up sitting on their uncomfortable couches watching TV, sometimes for HOURS. Oil change? Hours. Installing a couple of rugs? Hours. Calling them on their phone? Expect to be put on hold for twenty minutes until they randomly hang up on you. If they promise to call you back, it's a lie. If you leave a message, they will not call you back. It's a veritable purgatory.
