Well me and my family were lucky enough to get a lady by the name of Taryn Toomey one of the nicest and sincer people I've met while dealing with my mom's death most people have not been mean but it was more of business transaction.Not Taryn Toomey she helped me and my family through this hard time she showed compassion and care,was always asking did we need anything or have any questions she could help with.Just wanted to personally say thank you and if anybody is dealing with a death in there life hope you would be lucky enough to get her or request her if possible.Will always be thankful for all she did.Thanks Taryn :) oh yeah also she made candles for us.This was my mom and best friend.Hope photo of candle posted

My experience with Good Shepherd was excellent. I worked with Shirley. She was very kind, helpful, and patient in making sure the details were taken care of. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to help you in difficult times.

Completely disappointed in them. They had us go over the package for my mom and offered us to add things (such as a car on my dads side and a cat on my moms side) of the headstone. However, now 8 months later, still no headstone (run around that its “coming from China”) and they refuse to have it engraved how we requested since mom and dad picked it out a certain way before, so why even offer that option to someone grieving with hopelessness and anguish? Why prey on and give someone that hope just to not only rip it away, but continue to make them wait on a memorial headstone for them? Not only did all this happen, but they pushed for me to write a review for them. Well, here ya go, here’s your true and honest review, not forced or faked to “promote the business”.

I have had good experiences with Good Shepard until recently despite the employee turnover rate. We spent $5500 for this family bench that we have not been able to use for almost a year. It has been damaged twice. We were told in November that it would be replaced with a new one. It has been 9 months with no new bench. I’m trying to understand due to Covid but I am starting to have my doubts!
