Do oil changes usually take 2+ hours with 0 communication from my service advisor on a slow day? I was the only person here when I brought my car in yet 2 people who had come 20 min after already left. Im not crazy right?

Was told they would look at my jeep same day, had it for 4 days. The only person who works is Tony. So if you don't have Tony then you're SOL.

It depends on who is working that day,. You know this " when the 🐈 is away the mice will play" this is so true. I had the same problem as well, all I needed is an oil change and and I waited for 3 hours and I had an appointment. "Go Figure!"!
